1:1 CONSULT
Dietitian Consult
Searching for support with eating disorders, gut health, women’s health, hormonal health and more? Our personalised dietitian consults are the first step to feeling like yourself again.
Personalised Gut Health Solutions
For many, speaking about something as personal as gut health can feel confronting and overwhelming. That’s why we tailor personalised consults with no judgement to find the best nutrition support for you.
At Nutrition for Living, we’re committed to providing completely customised services because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to gut health. We want to spend the time to get to know you and understand your needs so we can provide the right nutrition resources and support to suit your body’s needs and your lifestyle.
During your initial appointment, we’ll undertake a nutrition assessment which will create a new foundation to improve your gut health and reduce symptoms of bloating. This includes a detailed food analysis, assessing macronutrients, micronutrients, the nature and intensity of your symptoms, and your dietary preferences and patterns.
To make the most of our session, download your free Food & Symptom Diary and track what you’re eating and how you’re feeling for 3 days. This will help us dive straight into understanding your symptoms and creating a plan that’s tailored to you.
WOMEN’S HEALTH
Women’s Health and Hormonal Health
Perimenopause and menopause can be a difficult transition in a woman’s life, and some may easily feel unheard. We’re dedicated to providing a safe environment where women can discuss women’s health, menopause and perimenopause openly.
To understand how menopause and food are interlinked, in your consult we’ll look at hormonal health and gut health, and tailor a plan that best suits this transitional period for your body and lifestyle.
EATING DISORDERS
Eating Disorders
Everyone’s relationship with food is different, and we’re here to support clients on every stage of that journey. We provide compassionate, evidence-based support to rebuild your relationship with food and better understand your eating patterns.
Our eating disorder dietitian consults provide personalised guidance to support recovery, improve nutrition and help develop a positive relationship with food.

HOW WE WORK
Nutrition, Health & Wellbeing Start Here: First Steps to Food Freedom
Finding the right support for your gut health shouldn’t feel complicated. Here’s what working with a gut health dietitian looks like from first call to ongoing care.
STEP 1
Reach Out
We’ll match you with a dietitian that suits your needs, whether that’s gut health, women’s health or something else.
STEP 2
Your First Consult
This is where we really get to know you and what you need. Expect a thorough, non-judgmental conversation to help develop meal plans that truly suit your lifestyle and needs. We’ll take a look at your history, your goals and what we can do moving forward.
STEP 3
A Plan Built Around You
You’ll leave with clear, practical next steps, not a list of foods to fear or impractical meal plans. Every recommendation is evidence-based and tailored to fit your routine, your preferences, and your body.
STEP 4
Ongoing, Collaborative Care
Real change takes time, not a one-and-done single appointment. We’ll check in, adjust your plan as your needs change, and work alongside your GP or specialist where that’s helpful. You’re supported for the long run, not just the first visit.
