MEET GRACE
Hello, I’m Grace
Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics, Griffith University.
ABOUT ME
Hey there,
I’m Grace Gibson.
My background is in clinical dietetics, and before joining Nutrition for Living I worked across surgical, oncology, and rehabilitation settings.
Those environments taught me how to work with complex, whole-person care: no two patients present the same way, and no single recommendation fits everyone. That grounding has stayed with me, even as my focus has shifted firmly towards women’s health, which is where I’m most passionate about making a difference. I joined Nutrition for Living because I wanted to work somewhere that treats women’s health as more than an afterthought, and alongside a team that shares that same evidence-based, non-judgemental approach.
I live with PMOS myself, so when a client walks in feeling confused, dismissed, or exhausted by conflicting hormonal health advice, I understand that both clinically and personally. I know what it’s like to sit across from a clinician and not feel heard, and I never want a client to leave one of our appointments feeling that way.
My areas of focus include women’s hormonal health, covering PMOS, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause, alongside sustainable weight management, sports and performance nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and nutrition for overall wellbeing. Whatever brings you in, my goal is the same: to help you feel like yourself again.
My approach is holistic and highly individualised. Good nutrition care looks at the whole picture, your sleep, stress levels, movement, routine, and preferences, not just what’s on your plate. I won’t hand you generic meal plans and send you on your way. We’ll work through what’s realistic for your life, your goals, and your body, and build from there.
I also believe strongly in flexible, sustainable eating over strict rules. You won’t hear me recommend cutting out entire food groups unless there’s a genuine, evidence-based reason to. Instead, we’ll focus on what you can add, what actually fits into your week, and how to build habits that last well beyond our first few sessions together.
Outside the clinic, I’m an early riser with a genuine coffee habit, and I’ve recently, wholeheartedly, gotten into Pilates. I share more of how I think about nutrition on Instagram @gracegibsonhealth, if you’d like to get a feel for how I work before we meet.
I’m available for dietitian consults via Telehealth on Thursdays, and I’d love to help if you, or someone you know, is navigating hormonal health, PMOS, perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sports nutrition, or general wellbeing.
Ready to get started? Let’s figure this out together.

Your Nutrition Starts Here
HOW WE WORK
Nutrition, Health & Wellbeing Start Here: First Steps to Food Freedom
Finding the right support for your gut health shouldn’t feel complicated. Here’s what working with a gut health dietitian looks like from first call to ongoing care.
STEP 1
Reach Out
We’ll match you with a dietitian that suits your needs, whether that’s gut health, women’s health or something else.
STEP 2
Your First Consult
This is where we really get to know you and what you need. Expect a thorough, non-judgmental conversation to help develop meal plans that truly suit your lifestyle and needs. We’ll take a look at your history, your goals and what we can do moving forward.
STEP 3
A Plan Built Around You
You’ll leave with clear, practical next steps, not a list of foods to fear or impractical meal plans. Every recommendation is evidence-based and tailored to fit your routine, your preferences, and your body.
STEP 4
Ongoing, Collaborative Care
Real change takes time, not a one-and-done single appointment. We’ll check in, adjust your plan as your needs change, and work alongside your GP or specialist where that’s helpful. You’re supported for the long run, not just the first visit.

FEELING READY?
Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?
You don’t have to keep guessing. Book a consult and let’s create a plan that actually works for your body, your life, and your goals.
